Description
Description
The Red Sea Products Test Kit is a highly reliable, advanced colorimetric test designed to measure total ammonia (NH3/NH4) levels in marine aquariums with an impressive accuracy of 0.15 ppm. The aquarium water test kits is with ammonia is one of the most toxic compounds in a saltwater system, keeping it under control is vital, especially in new tanks. Its toxicity varies depending on both pH and temperature, so after running the test, aquarists can easily calculate the actual toxic ammonia levels by following the provided instructions.
As part of Red Sea’s Marine Care Program, this test kit is especially important during the early stages of a tank’s biological maturation, when ammonia spikes are most common. Regular monitoring ensures the safety of delicate marine life and supports the smooth establishment of the nitrogen cycle. The kit is simple to use, provides consistent results, and is a must-have for anyone starting or maintaining a healthy marine or reef aquarium. For complete guidance during tank cycling, Red Sea also recommends the Reef Mature Pro Kit, which works hand-in-hand with the Ammonia Test Kit to ensure a successful startup process.
