Imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen are the active components in Advantage II for Large Dogs. In order to paralyze and kill fleas, imidacloprid interferes with their nerve transmissions. Pyriproxyfen is an insect growth regulator that stops flea eggs and larvae from maturing into adult fleas, therefore upsetting the flea life cycle. By focusing on both adult fleas and their juvenile stages, this combination offers thorough flea control.

- Dogs under 21 pounds or puppies younger than 7 weeks should not use this product.
- Wait until the treated area is dry before touching it.

- From the package, take out one applicator tube.
- Holding the applicator tube upright, remove the cap by twisting it off.
- Place the other end of the cap onto the tip of the applicator after inverting it. Remove the cap after twisting to break the seal.
- Your dog's hair should be parted to reveal the skin. Evenly apply the full contents of the applicator tube to one or two areas of the dog's back where they can't lick it off, ideally in the space between the shoulder blades.
